Hearts & Diamonds rooms keep the two halves of your wedding party separate — no accidental run-ins, no spoilers, just butterflies building. Hearts is your bright, calm glam space; Diamonds gives the other half room to suit up and settle in. Add the Billiards Room ($500) for an extra hang spot.

Three ceremony settings to choose from. The Veranda fits up to 30 guests — tucked away, overlooking the Unity Circle and golf course. Unity Circle lawn welcomes up to 40 on its manicured lawn with postcard golf-course views. The Gazebo offers a third intimate option. You pick the scale of the magic.

Cocktail Hour

Your celebration kicks off in our renovated lobby — bright, stylish, the perfect place for guests to mix and toast while you slip away for photos and a breather. Seasonal grazing display, a traveling bar that follows the party into reception. By the time you make your entrance, everyone’s warmed up and ready to cheer.

The Kings & Queens Room — tailor-made for close-knit celebrations. Rolling S-shaped tables draw guests together. Floor-length linens, colored napkins, and warm up-lighting wrap the room in a romantic glow. Drapery suspended just for you. A small dance floor anchors the space for your first slow step and every joyful twirl after.

Starter: Baby Greens Salad — mixed greens, shaved carrot, cucumber ribbon, cherry tomatoes, herbed croutons, champagne vinaigrette.

Entrée 1: Herb-Roasted Chicken Breast with thyme, lemon, garlic — Parmesan whipped potatoes, seasonal roasted vegetables, pan jus.

Entrée 2: Herb-Crusted Baked Salmon with citrus beurre blanc — wild rice pilaf, roasted broccolini or asparagus.

Bread: Warm dinner rolls + whipped butter.

Common Questions

How many guests can you host?

Our intimate-wedding spaces are right-sized for 20 to 50 guests. The Veranda fits up to 30 for ceremony, the Unity Circle up to 40, and the Kings & Queens reception room is built for the full 50.

What's the minimum spend?

$6,000 total event minimum, all-in. That includes the room, food, bar, getting-ready rooms, setup, and add-ons. Most intimate weddings price out between $8,000 and $14,000 depending on guest count, menu choice, and bar tier.

Are Saturdays available?

Intimate weddings are available Sunday through Friday — Saturdays are reserved for our full-scale weddings. Friday evenings and Sunday afternoons are some of our most popular intimate-wedding dates.

How quickly can you turn around a wedding?

We have hosted intimate weddings on under three weeks’ notice — ceremony, reception, and a sit-down dinner included. The faster the timeline, the simpler the menu, but the core experience stays intact. Reach out and we’ll give you a yes/no on your date within one business day.

What is the deposit and payment structure?

A deposit holds your date. The balance is due in installments leading up to the event. Corey will walk you through the full payment timeline at your tour — and payment plans are available on request.

Can we bring our own vendors?

Photographer, florist, officiant, DJ, and entertainment are yours to choose. Catering, bar, and coordination stay in-house — that’s what makes the day predictable and the package inclusive. We have a preferred-vendor list we’re happy to share.

What if it rains?

Every ceremony booking includes an indoor rain plan — typically inside the ballroom or under the terrace. The call is yours up until two hours before the ceremony. Your coordinator makes the swap behind the scenes — guests don’t see the scramble.

Where do guests stay?

Williamsburg has roughly 4,500 hotel rooms within 10 minutes of the venue, including blocks we partner with for guest-block pricing. We’ll introduce you to our preferred-rate contacts at your tour.

Will another event be happening on our day?

Other events may take place onsite — we host weddings, corporate events, social celebrations, and galas year-round. Our team coordinates timing carefully so transitions are smooth and your day feels private. Your dedicated coordinator manages this for you.
